SELECTION GUIDE
The KINGCONN M.2 series lists 0.50mm-pitch, 67-position card-edge sockets for wireless modules and storage cards. Listed stack heights are 3.2mm, 4.0mm and 4.2mm — pick the height from the component clearance under the module, since the socket sets the card's standoff over the board.
Industrial PCs and gateways designed around Mini PCI often ship for a decade or more. KINGCONN lists Mini PCI sockets in 6.7mm and 6.8mm heights for exactly this maintenance-and-repair demand. If your current socket source has gone end-of-life, send the original part number or drawing and we will evaluate a match against existing tooling.
Module sockets are engineered for assembly and occasional service — listed M.2 models carry a 60-cycle insertion rating, which matches how module sockets are actually used (installed once, swapped rarely). If your application repeatedly re-seats cards, tell us in the RFQ so the right family is proposed.
Housings are LCP rated UL94V-0; contacts are phosphor bronze or copper alloy with stainless steel hardware on listed models. Parts are RoHS compliant and every published value carries its source drawing number.
