Micro SIMSockets (Micro SIM Card Connectors) · 4 models

A Micro SIM socket (Micro SIM card connector, 3FF SIM holder) takes Micro SIM cards in mobile routers, in-vehicle units, POS terminals, IIoT gateways and industrial equipment with cellular connectivity. The KINGCONN Micro SIM series has 4 models: push-push (PUSH) sockets at H:1.34 and H:1.42mm and hinge-type 1.5H sockets (6-pin and 8PIN) — each with a downloadable engineering drawing on its part page.

How do I request a drawing or samples for Micro SIM?
Email service@kingconn.com.tw with the part number. Clicking any part card on a product page also pre-fills the enquiry subject with that part number. Our sales team will reply with the drawing, samples and pricing.
Can Micro SIM be customised?
Yes. The Taoyuan R&D team covers the full path from design and tooling to volume production, including medical-device ODM experience. Send us the application and the requirement, and sales and engineering will assess it together.
Push-push or hinge type for a Micro SIM socket?
It depends on whether users swap the card: an exposed slot for user-replaceable SIMs takes push-push (PUSH), ejecting on a second press; an internal slot where the card stays after assembly takes the hinge type — lift the cover, drop the card in and close it — with fewer parts and lower height. The KINGCONN Micro SIM series has both, stated in the part description.
What is the difference between 6-pin and 8-pin Micro SIM sockets?
The SIM card itself uses only 6 contacts; the extra contacts of an 8-pin model provide card detection or are reserved. Choose 8 pins when firmware must know whether a card is present (register on insertion, drop on removal). The hinge type in this series comes in 6-pin and 8PIN versions.
Is there a drawing for each Micro SIM card connector?
Yes. Click any part card on this page to open the part page and download its engineering drawing (PDF); the dimensions, materials and plating in our spec tables are transcribed from those drawings.
