What this page covers

This is a product catalogue and inquiry website. This page explains what information we receive from you here, why we need it, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do.

It is written plainly on purpose — a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

We only receive data when you submit the form

There is exactly one place on this site that collects personal data: the inquiry / contact form. When you submit it, we receive the fields you filled in:

• Subject
• Company name
• Contact person
• Email address
• Phone and fax
• Country / region
• Address
• The part numbers you are asking about
• Your message
• and any files you attach (up to 5 files, 8 MB in total)

Of these, subject, name, email and message are required; the rest may be left blank.

We use it for one purpose: to answer your inquiry and to correspond with you about it. We do not use it for marketing campaigns, and we do not sell, trade or otherwise pass it to third parties.

When you submit, the inquiry is emailed to the KINGCONN staff who handle it and at the same time saved as a numbered record (for example 202608260001) so that we can track it and nothing gets lost. Records are held in the data store of our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are readable only by KINGCONN staff with a password. Files you attach travel with the notification email only; they are not stored separately.

We are not tracking you

This section was measured, not assumed:

• This site sets no cookies at all. (Verified: zero Set-Cookie headers on the home page, product pages, contact page, the English site and the form endpoint; document.cookie is empty after browsing with a real browser.)
• There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Facebook Pixel, and no other analytics, advertising, heatmap or session-recording tool installed.
• There are no third-party social widgets, no ad networks and no cross-site tracking.

The only thing kept in your browser is a single flag (named kc-ck) written when you dismiss the notice at the bottom of the page, so it does not appear again. It stays in your own browser and is never transmitted anywhere; clearing your browsing data removes it.

Who handles your data

Besides the KINGCONN staff who answer your inquiry, two service providers are involved:

• Brevo (France — email delivery). Your form submission is delivered as an email through their service to KINGCONN.
• Cloudflare (website hosting and content delivery). They host the site, keep standard server access logs including IP addresses to keep the site running and prevent abuse, and hold the inquiry record described above.

Both act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and contact records are kept until that inquiry and any resulting business relationship have been dealt with. If you would like them deleted sooner, just email us and we will do it.

What you can ask us to do

Wherever you are, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what data about you we hold, and let you see it
• Provide you with a copy
• Correct or complete it
• Stop collecting, processing or using it
• Delete it

If you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR additionally gives you the right to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Other points

This site is aimed at business buyers and engineers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

The site may link to external sites (a map, for example). Once you leave, how that site handles your data is governed by its own policy, not this one.
