Non-Eject Card Sockets (Slide-In / Slide-Out)NON-EJECT CARD SOCKETS · 8 SERIES · 16 MODELS

KINGCONN currently publishes 16 non-eject card sockets across 8 series: CF (3); CFAST (1); Micro SD ( T-Flash ) (1); Micro SD 4.0 + UFS (1); NANO SIM (1); SD (2); SD 7.0 & SD 8.0 (4); SD 4.0 (3).

What is a non-eject card socket?

A non-eject card socket (catalogue wording: Simple Type, NON PUSH, NO push or Header) has no eject spring or cam: the card is pushed in and pulled out by hand and is retained by contact normal force and the housing walls. Of the three eject mechanisms it has the fewest moving parts and is the easiest to make low-profile.

Selection FAQ

Are "Simple Type", "NON PUSH" and "Header" the same mechanism?
Yes. All three describe a card socket with no eject spring — slide in, slide out. KINGCONN catalogue descriptions use different wording per series; this page groups them.
Which series include non-eject sockets?
8 series, 16 part numbers: CF (3); CFAST (1); Micro SD ( T-Flash ) (1); Micro SD 4.0 + UFS (1); NANO SIM (1); SD (2); SD 7.0 & SD 8.0 (4); SD 4.0 (3). Every part page has the engineering drawing (PDF).
Is a non-eject socket more likely to lose the card?
Retention comes from contact normal force and the housing. Durability and contact material from the drawing are on each part page; for a specific vibration profile, send the drawing and the application to KINGCONN R&D for assessment.
How do I request samples or a quotation?
Email service@kingconn.com.tw with the part number. Clicking any part card on a product page also pre-fills the enquiry subject with that part number. Our sales team will reply with the drawing, samples and pricing.
